We have used Hancock for a complete gut job of our master bath, partial renovation of a guest bath between 2019 and 2020. We are now into our 3rd week of a total gut job of our kitchen. We have always given them great reviews which they truly have earned. I would like to add another plus in their favor…a total mistake was made BY ME while ordering a fairly expensive hood which turned out to be useless. The packing had been discarded but Angela Hancock managed to arrange for a swap by using the packing from the correct one when it arrives. We will NOT be stuck with something that cost approx $700 due to the type of service they provide. How many contractors or businesses come thru with this type of service? – Sherian Caporossi
